Please see the map at http://www.cambatrails.org/rock_lake_2004.html (http://www.cambatrails.org/rock_lake_2004.html) for the latest update on the status of the Rock Lake Trail Construction.
As of this date there is approximately 6 to 7 miles of open and rideable trail plus several segments that have been roughed in, but not finished. Most of this has been signed.
We expect to tie together most of the loose ends by the end of the season.
Next season we will finish the Rock Lake trail and hopefully also finish relocations of sections of the Namekagon trail leading to and from the Namakagon Town Hall Trail Head.
Note: There are short segments of the old Rock Lake Ski Trail will still be used for the new Rock Lake Bike Trail. Otherwise the ski trail is no longer considered part of the CAMBA system and not open to biking. At this moment, however, there is little signage to this effect.
