Updated Conditions?

Anybody been out here in the last few days? Is it overgrown anywhere or anything big fall down? I am thinking about checking it out tonight around 730.

Went out last night, it was a nice ride. The trail was really fast and dry. I haven't been out here for a few years, but it looks great. Nice job to everyone who worked on the trail. -pete

Was out here this AM, conditions were good, a little tacky in spots. There is a partially downed tree about half way through but it is easy to get by, just watch it the first time through. :)

Well prior to any rain, it was just fine out there, only one lil damp spot just before the gully to the uphill. Other than that it was perfect, not dusty either, just great. But....after any rain, i've yet to head there, ill try and stop before i hit Leb and trailwork tonight.

But you don't need to make a special trip there - as I'll be there right behind you. I'm meeting some BCR folk at 6 for a couple laps, conditions permitting.

STOP!! I already feel bad. Besides, there were some of us out there last week. One of our guys was testing the jump and dove a shoulder into the ground after he landed - LOL.

Maybe next season we'll change the day that we ride so we can do MORE trailwork. OR - we'll keep it Tuesday nights, but we'll come help trailwork at Terrace. ha HA!

We stopped on our last lap last night and got the tree off of the trial. Took some gruntwork without tools, but it is well off of the track now, and held back with some surviving trees. If we had only stopped to do that on our first loop around we could have avoided adding to the widened trial that is in that area. :eyeroll: . Great trail, great conditions, no crowds - get over there and ride.

This was my first time at Terrace in a loooong time. I'm sorry that I've been away for so long. What a great ride! The flow here is fantastic. The reroute at the beginning is awesome - very nicely done guys. The trail itself was in pretty good shape. I'm going to try to make a point to ride here more often and give a hand with the trail work.

As far as getting that tree out of the way - not sure why we waited until our last lap to do it.....

FYI trail clearing will be held at Terrace Oaks this Monday the 30th. Dale and I will be there with digging machines on Tuesday or Wednesday.
