So, I went out to the river bottoms for the first time on Sat. It was a blast. Its a great trial, thank you for ALL of the work that everyone does to keep it looking good. Sicne this was my first trail in just a few years I didn't do any of the fun stuff, but oh well. would you beleive that I "fell" in the little creek all the way on the west side??? LOL I can't do weelies, so I had no way of crossing the little bridge sicne you can't get on it UNLESS you do a weelie. So, I stoped and walked across. When I was on the bridge, I slipped and went for a mud bath.:laugh::laugh::laugh::banana:

Hopefully I'm going to be going out again next Sat. So, we will see. Its too bad that I just don't have time to ride at all during the week. My bikes are at my parents house, because we have no place to store them at our apt right now :( So I have to drive 20mins just to get my bike right now. Then another 20mins to get to a trail. By then its dark... Oh well.

I thought this trail was too wet for riding according to a report last week?

Nope, we started on the west side (old ferry bridge) and went to the raft. The trails are very rideable as of this past Sat. Actually the trails were great. There was very little mud. There was one little section that we had to get off and walk through, but that was only about 15 feet or so. Besides that it was great. There are some trees down on the trail. (that is, trees that are NOT supposed to be on the trail....)

Hopefully next sat I will be able to go further, but who knows.
