Tonight they are doing a crit in downtown Minneapolis. We went last year and these guys really crank it up. Could get a little dicey in the corners if it keeps raining. They also had some guys doing some cool trials stunts.

The Stillwater crit is also a favorite. The climb up the hill to the finish is brutal!

My wife and I plan on being down there for it tonight, provided it's not pouring. You also get a little dose of Martin Zellar for free if you get there before the races!

Wanted to go, but was late at work, the way the weather went tonight, I'm glad I stayed home!

A few drops during the beginning of the women's race but mostly it was just wet on the ground. Not as my wipeout as I was expecting from the race but did see one female get taken away in the ambulence (though it didn't look all too serious). Just a lot of squirrly looking corners and what not.

I look forward to watching the race in Stillwater on Sunday. The hills they go up and down there make watching a blast. Especially the chilicoot (sp?) hill, with a 24 percent grad. I used to have to grainy gear up it when I was a young tyke and the lead guys just big ring like its nothin.

I went down and watched the Pro men and women's races on Sunday in downtown Stillwater. I brought my little point and shoot as well as my big camera. Took some video with the point and shoot, and quickly edited it together. You can check it out here.

Best to right click on the link. Choose Save Targe As and then download to your hardrive to watch. I think I'm getting better at compressing the video and keeping the quality decent.
