I was out at Battle Creek last night for a short ride. The trails were in good shape. A couple of wet spots but all & all in good shape. Some of the trails are starting to get a little overgrown with weeds. Was having a great time until my front derailer took a puke. Well time for a new fr. der. for the old Cruz. Trails are good, get out and ride em people.:crazy2:

I was planning to be out there tomorrow AM early--Good to hear that the trails are in good shape.

Did you update the trail conditions??

I just posted it under the BC heading. I should have used trail conditions as the header. I hope you have a good ride in the am. Keep the rubber side down.

Just rode the trails today. Most of the trails are in good shape. There is a few problem areas that stay wet because of leaf cover and it's best to carry those areas until they dry because they are in erosion areas. Be carefull if you ride either of the downhills that lead to the paved path near HWY61 as both have a few issues, but they are ok to ride. I've noticed there is issues with people trying to make there own paths through some of the grassy areas, and some of the designated trails in the grassy areas are very overgrown but all in all, a good ride. If it were bad I wouldn't ride them 3+ times a week. Get out and ride!:crazy2:

If the leaves were blown off the trail, that wouldn't be a problem ;)

(inside joke from last fall...)
