Sat early AM ride 5/8

I'll be riding down at BC at 730 on Sat AM, 5/8 if anyone is interested.

A couple of observations from this morning:

1. The Point Douglas road lot is closed, at least it was as of 8 this morning. I came down the trail from "Jesus Saves" and they had the barrier across the end of the parking lot. Don't know if this is a temporary or not (see other discussions in this forum).

2. Pulled some big metal staples from the trail on the switchback climb off of Point Douglas road. They are about the size of croquet wickets, and unless I miss my guess, were put there to hold tarp or landscape material in place. Some were intact, and some were broken w. points up in the trail.

Nice morning for a ride.....cool and overcast, with good trail conditions.
