Well, so far my cycling season has been going in fits and starts.

Is there anyone in SLP or nearby that would be interested in heading out for some road rides.

I have considered getting together with some of the organized rides, but most of them would require me to toss my bike on the car to meet up and I'm sick enough of doing that to go mountain biking.

I live in SLP but my schedule is so whacked that I don't usually do group rides. There is a group road ride that leaves from the Erik's bike shop in SLP - I think on Sunday mornings. I know that they did last year - I assume they still do.

I usually ride my road bike around on the trails that head downtown and back, 29th St Greenway, etc.

I saw the Erik's thing, the Sunday ride sounds a bit fast for me at this point. There is a moderate ride on Thursday, which sounds a little on the easy side, but I might check it out.

I work at home, so my schedule is very flexible if you want to hook up for a ride sometime.

Hey Guys,
I also live in SLP and am looking for people to road ride with. I go almost every morning at about 8:00 on the LRT trail (there is a nice 12.4 mile loop not far from my house).
Also, does anyone know of any group rides in the west suburbs?? Has anyone done theSunday rides with Erik's bike?? How fast and how long do they go??

The description on their site says 40-60 miles and fast, it might be worth checking out sometime though. I haven't done it yet because of the whole sign up for the club BS.

Let me know if you want to get to together for a ride, I have the flexibility to go ride pretty much anytime. Do you ride the limestone LRT on a road bike?
