Planning to stop by Levis on the way to and from the WI in-laws this weekend. Anyone have a trail recommendation for stringing together a good 2-3 hour ride?

I think our Levis trail review has some good routes to take:

don't miss cliffhanger, that was my favorite trail from my last trip out there. when i go out there again, i'll get to cliffhanger first thing, then head out to goat dance. i need to get in shape and get out to levis, love it.

I'm a second year rider most comfortable with intermediate to Expert trails. I'm not afraid of a good climb or descent as long as it's not too technical. Am I going to be over my head if I take Pile Driver and Switchback?

Nah,
Always remember, you can get off the bike and walk.
People seem to forget that.
Pile Driver and Switchback are not to difficult. Pile tends to have alot of loose rocks and tight trail, switchback can have some very soft soil conditions that help to crossup the front end if going downhill, and makes traction difficult if going uphill.
Have Fun
