I might join in, depends on what else might be going on, but I think I should be good to go. I hope it rains today so it packs in better. Tuesday ride was a bit sandy in some areas.

I will try to be down there, although I'll probably start at Lyndale and just be around in case I'm needed. If it's pouring rain, I don't feel the need to test my Gore-tex. Otherwise, !!!

Ride safe,
Hans

I'm planning to start my ride earlier at the lyndale parking lot and ride for a long time. I'll probably meet up with you guys either at the school or somewhere on the trails.

I'm impressed. Just thinking about that much riding makes my legs and lungs hurt. LOL That's 40 miles round trip and the however many miles you do while your there. So, say 45-55 total. WOW :crazy2:

I only know two places to start. Lyndale or the Old Ferry Bridge lot. What's the school and the Indian Mound?

I will probably go to the Lyndale lot.

Call my cell if you have one to call me from when you are there.

Hey Guys, I managed to push myself for that last hour and got to the four hour mark that I was trying for. Ended up with 50 miles. Not quite as impressive as Doug but I'm pretty happy with it. I think I'll take a rest day today.

Trust me, its not impressive hehehe its only cuz my ride there bailed on me :) Although i do ride there and back once a week when i get more milee in me legs.....this has got to be one of the slowest starts to the season ive ever had.....so far i got 250 miles in me, this time last year i had almost 1800! Guess im a bit lazy this time, but i had a road bike last year too, should have one in a week or so!

I guess I am just chopped liver. 'cause I only have 35 miles so far. Anyhow, i went back down today and did 10 more from the west end. Trails are in great shape! I counted 3 hikers and almost 100 bikers in 2.5 hours! Busy, busy! Now if I could find the name of the  who yelled "Clear the trail!" and just blew right through us when I was assisting two hikers with directions. It's the same guy who didn't want to get his feet muddy or set his bike down on the raft, and still pulled himself across one-handed. :eyeroll: I want another sign at the raft: "Read this information while you are waiting your turn" above the IMBA Rules of the Trail sign.

Ride safe, (or get written up online--here-- if I see you!)
