I have the Thompson Elite seatpost on both my road bike and mountain bike. Both are good quality posts. At mtbr.com it was reviewed 254 times and received a 4.9/5. weight - 228 grams
I have a klein with the mission control so I have never looked into getting a new stem and bar combo for it. But if I were I would also go for a Thompson stem. weight - 199 grams for the 110mm I don't know if this would be an upgrade from your components now but I weigh 220lbs and have not crushed them yet. As far as handlebars I've heard good things about the Titec Hell-Bent Flat-Tracker.

I can second the recommendation on the Thomson. It's probably the lightest seatpost you can get without going "stupid light" and sacrificing durability, especially if you're a bigger rider.

Easton makes some pretty mice aluminum and carbon stuff as well.

I also have the Thomson Elite seat post and stem, hooked up with a set Easton EC90 bars. I really like the Thomson stuff, it's light, great craftsmanship, very adjustable and looks awesome. The Easton bars are treating me good too, they're light, stiff, yet seem to dampen some of the little bumps.
