Yea, it was very positive. It was written by Michael O'Shea, Ph.D. who is fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine. It's written as a beginners guide to what mountain biking is. That it is good for building strengh in both the upper and lower body. He goes into getting a properly fitted bike, the importance of how to use your gears and brakes, keeping good form while riding, and suggests beginners ride with more experienced riders at first. It's short but all in all positive.
