wanted: Bike that will take big drops

I am looking for a Downhill bike or any full suspension bike that can take big drops for under $1000. I only know a couple drops around the burnsville/savage area so if you know more please let me know @

Under 1000......that's tough. I think Norco has some good rides, but I don't think they are under 1000 bucks.

About $1400 is the minimum you can spend without sacrificing a whole lot of quality. $1700-1800 is where you actually start to get the good stuff. Check out ebay for something used.
